Diagnostics and quotes

The diagnostic visit is $99, waived when you go ahead with the repair. After diagnosis you receive a written flat-rate quote; no repair work begins until you approve it. If we cannot repair the appliance, the visit is free.

Warranty

Repairs carry a 90-day parts & labor warranty covering the replaced part and the labor to replace it. The warranty covers the same failure on the same part; it does not cover new, unrelated failures or damage from misuse, power events, or pests.

Payment

Payment is due on completion by card, cash, check, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Financing arrangements, where agreed, are documented on the invoice.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates; we text updates as the route firms up. You can reschedule or cancel at no charge any time before the technician is dispatched to your address.
