Burghfix Appliance Repair collects the information you give us to book and complete repairs: name, phone, email, service address, and details about your appliance. That's it — we don't buy data about you and we don't sell data about you.

What we use it for

Scheduling and confirming visits, sending the SMS/email updates you opted into, keeping warranty records for your repairs, and — with your separate consent — asking how the visit went.

SMS consent

If you agree to text updates when we confirm your visit, we send appointment confirmations and arrival updates by text. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; consent is never a condition of service.

Analytics

We use standard analytics (Google Analytics) and call tracking to understand which pages lead to phone calls. These tools use cookies; you can block them in your browser without affecting bookings by phone.

Your choices

Email info@burghfix.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
