Burghfix started with one truck, one toolbox, and a simple observation: appliance repair around Pittsburgh was either a two-week wait for the manufacturer's contractor, or a stranger from a lead-generation site quoting sight unseen. There was room for a local company that answers its own phone, shows up the same day, and puts the price in writing before touching a screw.
12 years and 14,000+ repairs later, the model hasn't changed. Our techs are employees, not subcontractors — background-checked, EPA 608 certified for refrigerant work, and trained on the brands Pittsburgh actually owns.
